Located in the middle of the Wildkogel Arena (highlight in winter: the 14 km long floodlit toboggan run) and the Zillertal Arena, between Gerlos and Zell am See, the Chaletdorf am Sonnenhang presents itself with special beauty, tranquillity and alpine flair.
The new, bright apartment is located in the first row of the chalet village in the so-called farmhouse - sun-drenched and with a beautiful view of the Alps. It is located on the ground floor and has a garden with terrace.
There is a covered parking space in the underground car park and a heated ski room. Additional parking spaces are next to the house.
The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. For a comfortable start to the day, daily sandwiches/bread can be ordered. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which you can reach on foot if you don't feel like cooking. Within walking distance is a child-friendly swimming pool, with slide and sauna.

Booking conditions
Deposit € 600.00
This deposit will be returned to you after the final inspection, provided that everything has been left correctly and that the fire alarm has not gone off. If you set off the fire alarm, you will be charged € 600. The fire brigade always comes and passes this on to the owner.
Pets: Pets are NOT allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed.

Final cleaning: € 275,00
Bed and bath linen: Mandatory to rent € 20.00 per person per change (2 towels p.p.)
Starter kit: tea towel, dishcloth, a number of dishwasher blocks, kitchen roll and 2 toilet rolls.
Tourist tax € 2.10 p.p per day (from 15 years)
Electricity: included (subject to normal use)
Number of people: maximum 6 people (6 fixed beds)
We are happy to provide you with a baby cot or high chair on site, you must bring your own bedding for this. When making your booking, please ask for availability.
Bauernhaus Top 2 is a non-smoking apartment.
The chaletdorf is located on a hill, in winter snow chains are recommended.
Rental weeks always run from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 11:00. Outside the high season it is also possible to book per day.
If you place a final reservation with us, we will send you a rental agreement in which the rental conditions are described. With this rental agreement we will send you a 25% bill that you must pay within 14 days of the date. The remaining 75% must be paid to us no later than 3 months prior to the rental period. In the event of cancellation, for whatever reason(s), no claim can be made for a refund of the payment already made. That is why we advise you to take out cancellation risk and/or travel insurance with your insurer. If it is forbidden by law to enter Austria (e.g. due to Covid restrictions), we will refund the deposit(s). This is not the case in case of illness.
